Who we are
Purse Saving Deals is run and maintained by Stephen Quigley, I am an individual and not a company as of yet. This site is relatively new and will be set up as a limited company in future depending on success. You as a user can also contribute to Purse Saving Deals to make it better for everyone. We currently find deals and compare prices from major marketplaces.
However, if you the user can find items cheaper I will add them to each items page. This will make the purpose of saving people money better for everyone. Although, 99% of items found on Purse Saving Deals are the lowest prices online. There are occasions when they are not and I am not interested in making people spend more money than they have too. However, I do not set the prices or add to them. Furthermore, a vast majority of retailers also sell via marketplaces at the same prices found on their own official websites. This site is intended as a tool for people to use. By comparing multiple sellers from a number of online shopping platforms, you will avoid paying to much for items. Most products on this site are affiliated to affiliate networks. This allows us to earn a small commission on sales initiated as a result of using this site.

Why do we partner with 4 networks
By partnering up with four networks ensures we can earn an income for our efforts from a huge number of online retailers. This helps enable us to be unbiased and unrestricted to who we promote regardless of the commission rate. We do not actively promote items that may be more expensive for the purpose of gaining a higher commission rate. However, we also add links to other retailers not covered by an affiliate network resulting in no commission earned, if and when we are notified that a store is cheaper. This can be done by users. We want to ensure our visitors get the best prices. Therefore, the cheapest store regardless of an association will take precedence and will be included with associated retailers/affiliate network products and will be added to the relevant listings on request.

Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
Purse Saving Deals is an advertisement platform for affiliate networks and retailers, all products featured on our site are related and connected to affiliate programs. Therefore, when a visitor clicks and buys an item we receive a small commission percentage from the affiliate partners product when a sale occurs, or in some cases a click to their linked product page. However, we may use unaffiliated products next to affiliated products when a cheaper price has been found by admin or our visitors. This will help us be sure the items featured are the lowest price available. However, due to the nature of finding prices from potentially hundreds of thousands of independent retailer websites, we rely on user input to notify us of such products.
We may update this document when future developments occur. Once updated you will need to re-consent to any updates and will be notified of updates when they have changed. We are trying to conform to the new EU GDPR laws for your protection. However, has this site is new and in a testing period before the course of action taken when setting up as a business.
